Will English

Will English is a litigator in the state and federal courts of Kentucky and Indiana. With over 15 years of experience, the majority of Will’s cases involve occupational hazard and product liability claims. His clients include manufacturers and distributors, municipalities, power stations, government contractors and closely-held businesses. Will also represents health care providers in the Medicaid waiver field (residential support services) and local businesses facing general liability and employment claims. Will applies a pragmatic approach to advocacy and negotiation, offering a congenial style and respectful professionalism–characteristics that often set him apart in contentious litigation. He has been named as a “Rising Star” multiple times by Super Lawyers® since 2014. 

Will is admitted to practice in Kentucky and Indiana, and is an associate member of the Virginia Bar. He regularly appears before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the Southern District of Indiana. Will earned his J.D. from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law and B.A. from the University of Kentucky. While at the University of Kentucky, Will was a walk-on member of the baseball team where he proudly caught bullpens and swept dugouts. 

Having resided in Crescent Hill neighborhood since 2011, Will is active in the Louisville and Southern Indiana communities. He volunteers as an emergency delivery driver for La Casita Center and previously served on the Board of Directors for YouthBuild Louisville. Will’s current interests include gardening and lawn maintenance, Spanish language learning, golf and fitness.
