Rachel McLaughlin 

Rachel S. McLaughlin is a skilled litigator whose practice focuses on the defense of hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice and general liability cases. Known for her thorough preparation and practical approach, Rachel represents clients across Kentucky with a deep commitment to excellence and advocacy.

Rachel earned her J.D. from Wake Forest School of Law in 2013, where she served as a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Assistant, contributed to the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law, and was elected to the Honor Council. She holds a summa cum laude B.A. in English with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.

Before entering private practice, Rachel served as a staff attorney for Justice Will T. Scott of the Kentucky Supreme Court, gaining valuable insight into appellate decision-making and judicial reasoning.

Rachel is admitted to practice in Kentucky and is an active member of the Kentucky Bar Association and Kentucky Defense Counsel.
