Max Cosby
Attorney
Max E. Cosby is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on defending hospitals, physicians, long-term care providers, and clients in general liability matters. He brings a strong background in trial advocacy and a science-based foundation to his litigation work, combining analytical rigor with a commitment to client advocacy.
Mr. Cosby earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2023, where he served as Vice President of the Moot Court Board and was a two-year member of the National Mock Trial Team. During this time, he also served as a judicial extern for Judge Eric J. Haner of Jefferson County Circuit Court Division One and as a member of Louis D. Brandeis American Inn of Court.
Before his legal education, Mr. Cosby earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Saint Ambrose University in 2019 and his Associate of Science from Illinois Central College in 2017, where he was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
Mr. Cosby is admitted to practice in Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee.
