Rebecca Schupbach has been a practicing attorney for 32 years, with substantial experience in the defense of product liability, toxic tort, legal and medical malpractice, trucking accident cases, and general personal injury litigation.  Rebecca has obtained defense verdicts and favorable appellate decisions for her clients in a significant number of cases.  She has also advised corporate clients on a variety of insurance, health and safety, environmental, labeling and regulatory matters (OSHA, FDA, BATF/TTB and CPSC) and has experience defending litigation involving ERISA benefits.
