Tim Napier selected for inclusion in 2009 Kentucky Super Lawyers

Timothy H. Napier has been named by Kentucky Super Lawyers magazine as one of the top attorneys in Kentucky for 2009. Only five percent of the lawyers in the state are named by Super Lawyers. This marks the third consecutive year that Napier has been named to the list.

The selections for Super Lawyers are made by Law and Politics, a division of Key Professional Media, Inc. of Minneapolis, Minn. Each year, Law and Politics undertakes a rigorous multi-phase selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by Law and Politics' attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area, and a good-standing and disciplinary check.
