Louisville attorney Timothy H. Napier, of the law firm Napier Gault Keith, PLC., has been selected as a Fellow of Litigation Counsel of America. A 1989 graduate of the University of Louisville, Mr. Napier received his Juris Doctor degree from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in 1993.
